WHO WE ARE
"Real change occurs from the bottom up" - Paul Hawken
We are a collective of gig workers like you who have personally experienced the exploitation that can come with being misclassified as "independent contractors" by tech companies like Instacart and Amazon, and we have decided to take action!

Informing & Empowering Gig Workers
One of the most significant obstacles gig workers face is the lack of clear information regarding their rights and the fear of repercussions for demanding fair treatment. Our primary mission is to keep independent contractors informed about their employment rights. We understand that filing formal complaints and demanding unpaid wages can be intimidating and confusing, especially when facing powerful tech companies. That's why we provide gig workers with easy-to-understand instructions, clear guidelines, and pre-filled out complaint forms. Our goal is to equip workers with the resources and tools needed to reclaim the wages they have been denied.

"The only effective answer to organized greed is organized labor" - Thomas Donahue
Exposing unjust labor practices
Our journey began with a simple realization: many workers across the nation are wrongfully classified as independent contractors by gig economy giants. This misclassification hugely benefits tech companies at the expense of workers who are stripped of legal protections, including minimum wage, unpaid leave, overtime pay and reimbursements for work related expenses. Without these protections gig workers are deprived of an opportunity to live in dignity and succeed.

"workers' rights are human rights" - Eleanor Roosevelt
